Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Phew... If you actually take your time and carefully consider each picture you put up, it actually takes a while to upload and album. I'm at 11 pictures, and it took a while.
Judging by your pictures, you must be something of an urban explorer. I love finding weird secluded places, and the photos you have up sorta give me that feel.
